Vendor Info and Pricing

Thank you for joining our great group of Vendors at Kerrville Traders Fest.

We limit the number of vendors with the same merchandise, to ensure that we do not have too many vendors selling the same item (duplicate merchandise), and that you have a successful weekend.

There will be similar and cross over items. Therefore, keep in mind to book early! We do not allow Garage Sale items!

Spaces are 12×12, if you need more then 1 space, please refer to our multiple space pricing on page 2 of the Application. Electricity is also available. 

We also offer a 1 day show option. (1 day option does not apply to Direct Sales Reps., since we do give you exclusive right to your product/company you represent). 

Overnight security is on site Fri/Sat and Sat/Sun.

Limited number of RV sites are available, water and electric only. If you need a space please make your reservation early and check availability with us first before sending payment.

Canopy Tent rental packages are also available. Please see page 2 of application for all options.

New Vendors:

Please download, print and sign the Vendor Application and Guidelines, and mail both with your payment. Once received by us, we will confirm your space by sending you a confirmation email.

If you want to secure and reserve your space (same location) for the next show, payment must be received by the end of the current show. Stop by     the Vendor Info booth at the show.

Vendor set up starts Friday at 12.30. A confirmation email for your space will be sent after receiving your application and payment.

The week of the event we send out a name/space assignment email. We also have a Vendor Information booth set up on site. Please feel free to stop by with any questions.

Note: Update on Vendor Rules, effective 08/15/16: If you cancel 15 days prior to the event, you can not move your fee to the following month, you will forfeit your booth fee.
